HTML Character Map

Every character in a font can be represented by an ampersand (&) plus a number sign (#) plus a number. This is very helpful for things like umlauts and accent grave and the most common fractions.

Numbers 0-31 don't have HTML equivalents, and 32 is a space. If you see &# and a number where there should be a character, it means your browser doesn't accept that particular code as valid HTML. If you see a rectangle instead of a symbol, your active font does not support that code.
